Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.


Shipping Time

Due to high demand and global sourcing, shipping times may vary.

Estimated delivery time is 3–14 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Delays

In some cases, shipping may take longer due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • High order volume
  • Weather or global logistics disruptions

If your order is delayed, please allow up to 21 business days for delivery before contacting us.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
